Before founding Abrams CPA, Nick built his expertise at Ernst & Young, one of the world’s top accounting firms and consistently ranked #1 in the U.S. His experience there reinforced a core belief: that exceptional client service, personal attention, and technical excellence are the foundations of real results. Today, those same values are at the heart of every engagement at Abrams CPA.

Nick is a fully licensed and insured CPA, specializing in tax preparation and tax planning for businesses and individuals, ASC 740 tax provisions, and financial statement audits for start-up companies, with a particular focus on the biotech and life sciences sectors. 

When I'm not working with clients, you can usually find me out on a run or in the garage restoring classic cars. I love staying active and getting hands-on with projects.
